1960, 1960, 1960. Three volumes. First Edition, 8th, 7th and 6th impressions respectively. Bound in publisher's original red cloth with spines stamped in gilt, with maps intact at rear. Near Fine with remarkably bright red cloth, leaning to each binding, light wear at spine ends and small spot of soiling to spine of Fellowship. Strips of offsetting at endsheets with over opened front gutter of Fellowship, and light toning to textblocks. In Near Fine dust jackets, Fellowship and The Two Towers are price clipped.
