A handsome complete matching green leather set of these Tolkien classics. This copy is in fine, unread condition, still encased in the publisher's original cellophane. Four of the volumes each include a separate map in mint condition and four of the volumes each include a colorful frontispiece by Michael Hague. A striking and wonderful set in mint condition. Printed on archival-quality, acid-neutral paper meticulously milled for this edition, adhering to the permanence and durability standards set by the Council of Library Resources and the American National Standards Institute. Also includes moire silk endpapers, gold-gilt cover designs and page edges, along with bound-in silk bookmarks. Easton Press books are expertly bound for enduring quality, ensuring decades of use. Notably, these editions were not sold in Canada or the United Kingdom. May require additional shipping costs. Sold as a set only.
