First Deluxe edition on India paper. Publisher's decorative gilt buckram housed in slipcase. The case a little edgeworn and rubbed. The book lightly faded to the spine, the corners lightly bumped with the top corner of the front board a touch frayed. Rear hinge strained at p. 1151. Complete with both maps, loose but present. A scarce first deluxe edition.
