Pratt writes to the 'interest of humanity' and addresses the poem to both the Houses of Parliament and the Assemblies of the British Empire. Rebound with modern paper covered boards. Externally, very smart. Slight sunning to the top of front board. Minimal signs of shelf wear. Offsetting to endpapers. The occasional leaf unopened. Pages are bright and generally clean.
