8 full page colour plates and line drawings in the text, paste down colour illustrated spine and cover, some light wear to spine at extremes, no inscriptions and undated, but an early Partridge published book that came out in the late 1920's and early 1930's, some brown spotting to the printed pages throughout, age and paper used, the thicker blotting type paper. Clean other than this issue. Quarto. c1925-30. Seller Inventory # A487

We are a small, single-owner business. We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
