Published in London in 1694 this is the First Edition of this book on The Rules of pleading in British Law, in Court Cases and Legal proceedings etc, bound in an old full calf leather binding, 19cm tall approx., 8 unnumbered pages, 332 pages, 28 unnumbered pages, with a page preceding the title page which reads "Nov. 24. 1693. I do allow of the printing of this book: R. Atkyns.", the binding is rubbed and scuffed with wear to corners, else is in good solid condition, internally the three front endpapers have all been clipped either along top edge or corners, bookplate of Francis Page of the inner temple to reverse of title page, there is heavy browning to pages on and off throughout the book, else contents in good general condition.
