First printing (as stated upon copyright page). vi, 279, [2] pages. Hardcover: H 21.5cm x L 14.25cm. Dust jacket rubbed, nicks and several tears at edges, soiling and some toning to white rear panel, rear flap's bottom corner creased. Dark gray cloth. Pale green top edge; light foxing and toning to edges with some additional light soiling to bottom edge. Toning to endpapers; interior pages are clean. Binding retains some crispness. A very good copy in a very good- dust jacket.
