436p. A hardcover book in very good condition with dustjacket. Owner's small inscription inside front cover. Underlining in pencil on several pages in first chapter, but rest of text clean, and binding tight. The jacket has several closed tears, including a large one on the front panel which is neatly held together with clear tape on the reverse side.
