Green cloth with gilt spine lettering, sp. slightly sun-faded, tiny spot of cloth rubbing top front outer corner, otherwise clean and virtually unworn but centre front has mysteriously turned dark reddish, though no signs of rubbing or soiling. vii +(1)+ 147; tanning to outer sides of end-papers and spots elsewhere, mostly to outer edges of text-block, trace of ingrained dustiness to top edge. Very scarce. 14.5 cm x 22,5 cm.
