Solid 1st edition paperback with illustration of boy and man on a flying pizza on red background cover. Not Exlib. Bit of clear cello tape over micro closed tear on head of rear cover. Covers generally rubbed with a few creases. Text crisp and tight without names or tears. Nicky De Banco has to stay at the pizza parlor every day after school until his mom comes for him. This isn't so bad, but there have been a series of dognappings in the area. Nicky can't wait to use his Secret Decoder Ring and be a real Crime-Buster, but he must stay at the parlor. Until something magic happens while Mr. Cavatini is tossing pizza dough.
