About this Item

A very nice copy with unclipped dust jacket of the first edition of ceremonial magician William Gray s excellent book which acts as a practical guide into the why and how of ceremonial magic. This is a very good copy of the first edition, published in 1971 (the book was written in 1969 but this is the first published edition). Pages are excellent: no inscriptions, no notes, no tanning or foxing at all; pages are clean and bright, in a remarkably good state. Boards are clean and binding is excellent. Dust jacket is unclipped. Original colours are bright and clean on cover. There are a couple of creases on the cover and one enclosed (2 inches?) tear (see photos). A very few nibbles at top edges of cover, and rear has a little rubbing. Overall an excellent copy of an important book for the collector of the occult and esoteric.
