Fair externally; leather much worn, including a deep 2 inch gouge in rear cover, forecorners worn through, thin cracks to external hinges, and general rubbing/scuffs/stains/soil; paper(?) label with titling on spine is blackened with age; front hinge starting, but just barely; offsetting from leather to endpapers; tanning/foxing to some pages, which are mostly clean and bright. Two folding plates in Near Fine condition (the first of these, appearing as the frontispiece in some copies, here is tipped in at the same location as the second plate); one folding genealogical chart in Near Fine condition. Bound in full leather; 5x8 inches; xxvi, (6), 390 pp. First Edition. The second volume (1725) is not included.
