Frontispiece, 70 pp. Original cloth-backed boards. Partly unopened, as published. Near Fine, with original glassine dust jacket. First Edition. Limited to 1000 copies. These letters tell the story of how Cushing, Klebs, and Fulton came to give their magnificent personal collections of medical books to the Yale University School of Medicine library. John F. Fulton died on May 29, 1960, less than 7 months after the presentation of this volume.
