Study of the conditions in the alcoholic beverage field made over a period of seven years and advancing constructive proposals for better alcoholic beverage control. Presumed first edition, hardcover, few light scuffs and light of soiling to front pastedown and endpaper, crease to rear endpaper, corners bumped, otherwise tight and square, a VG copy in a Good only dustjacket which has a large chip to the rear, a long closed tear to the top of the spine, some creases and a few short closed tears, a two inch closed tear to the front inside flap which also has a hole punched through the price.
