First impression, first issue second state Binding B. 4� x 7�? pp. 221. First published 1965. Hardback in original black cloth (Type C) with bronze lettering to spine. Endpapers decorated with green and white 'fibre' pattern. Firmly bound. Contents clean with no foxing or marks. In near fine price-clipped dust wrapper. Remaining three corners of the wrapper clipped as is normal. No fading to spine, small nicks to top and base of spine. Gilbert A13a (1.3).
