Featuers a preface and acknowledgements by Christina Orr-Cahall and an introduction and essay by David F. Setford. Includes some color and numerous black and white illustrations, a checklist and a selected bibliography. A near fine copy in spiral bound wrappers with some minor wear and with a near fine obi. Uncommon with the obi.
