Cream cloth is somewhat soiled Splitting to cloth at spine ends. Bumping to corners. Contents tight though binding is starting to split at bottom (less than 1 inch). Occasional pencil marks throughout. The last pages have been written on in cute fashion. Seller Inventory # 026756
