Navy cloth 16 x 25cm. viii + 96pp with in-text charts, illustrations and tables, and large folding chart containing 2 diagrams. Covers very good with some rubbing and marks. Hinges reinforced with Japanese paper. Pages very good, lightly tanned with some marks. Folding chart fine without tears. Scarce - traced to 8 institutions including 7 on Copac. A second edition followed in 1880. This contains calculations for navigation along with seaman's proverbs.

SHIPPING: Domestic and international shipping is tracked and insured with UPS. This has unfortunately meant an increase in domestic rates especially, and in most cases I am absorbing some of the increase. (I have moved away from Royal Mail owing to a series of problems).
