The binding is worn with some chipping to the covers at the edges and some heavy chipping to the spine. The endsheets have some heavy foxing and there is an early ink name at front else the text is good with some scattered foxing and light corner wear. The folding diagrams are good with some light browning and edgewear. The House diagram lacks a small sliver at the top. Seller Inventory # 11489
