If on receipt you are not happy with the book then we will be happy to discuss and if necessary to take the book back, providing of course it is in the condition that it was sent out. Our postage costs are based upon the average weight of an octavo sized book and packaging (roughly 1kg), if the book weighs significantly more than this then we may contact you to ask for additional postage fees. All of our books are packaged in purpose made book packaging and are carefully wrapped to give the book the best chance of arriving in the condition that it was sent out in.
