This is the thin paper/flexible board issue of the first edition, of which 500 copies were made with the sheets bulk width of 7/8''. [The other 700 copies of the first edition, run simultaneously, were in a hard binding (which featured the publisher's device on the front cover) and the sheets bulk measured 1 1/4''.].
