A sketch of Lord Bolingbroke and his wives. HB, 1st ed, 275pp with 16 b/w plates. Foxing early and late and to foredge. Slight cracking to hinges within the volume, although the pages are secure. Previous owner has made pencil notes in the margins. The spine has gilt lettering, and there is very light bumping and rubbing to the front and back boards and spine. A G+ copy.
