Octavo. 245 pp. 12 full color inserts and numerous black and white illustrations. Olive-green cloth stamped in gilt with pictorial pastedown. No dust jacket. Light wear to extremities with exposure and minor fraying to crown; corners slightly bumped. Minor lean to boards and binding sound. Ownership inscription in pencil to front free endpaper; interior else unmarked; overall a Very Good copy. A non-Oz adventure, published a year after the Wizard, in which the main character is based on Baum's second son, Robert Stanton Baum, to whom the book is also dedicated.
