All books are sold for the prices listed. Potential buyers can email me with special consideration questions. Overseas and foreign purchases may be subject to additional postage, with buyer's prior consent. Additional postage also may be required for extremely heavy mailings. All books will be sent via Media Mail through the U.S. Post Office, unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. First Class shipping is also possible, with appropriate costs to the purchaser. Purchasers may also request insured shipments, at an additional cost. Books are clean and carefully packaged. They normally are mailed on the day or day after the purchase is made.
