Starts at Title page, to 2nd of content pages, looks as text pages maybe complete, but could not find exact details of pages anywhere. Was bound at some period, now lacks binding. At time of listing found only 2 other 1st edition copies in Institutions on WorldCat, and no other copy for sale. Size: 11 x 17cm Approx.
