pp.xiii, 332 pages, a near fine hardback, publisher's original dark green cloth binding with bright gilt lettering to the spine and front cover (as shown in the stock photo). Appears unused & all pages of text completely clean, and we purchased the book from a uk university (along with many others) that they withdrew before putting into stock, but they did prepare the book so there's the usual evidence of this, otherwise we would have classed it as Fine [0801825601].
