g+/vg first US print/edition hardcover in mylar protected dust jacket. DJ looks good with a few stains of dj flaps but o/w a solid vg or better. Book is good plus; aging evident to page ends and former owner's name inked on front end page corner. also looks like some sort of minor staining on inside of boards, like a bookplate may have been very nicely removed. overall a pretty nice copy of a rather hard book to find; no other marks, not remaindered, not exlib, dj price intact, appears to meet publisher first edition id criteria. fiction hardcover.
