Very good in a very good dust jacket. Jacket shows wrinkling to the front flap and light edgewear; boards slightly faded; green remainder mark to lower edge; slight foxing to endpapers. A solid copy with a faint old book smell. Octavo, 209 pages. Publisher's original price of $6.95 intact on jacket flap. Comes with archival-quality mylar dust jacket protector. A follow-up to "The General Danced at Dawn," this second volume in Fraser's McAuslan series continues the comic misadventures of Lieutenant Dand MacNeill in postwar Scotland.
