In six sections: First Things First; The Background; Foregrounds; Room Review; Table Top Art; and Period Portfolio. Includes photographs by Julius Shulman (1) and Melvin Sokolsky (2). xiii + 305 pages; color and b&w photos and line drawings throughout + color chart endpapers; 9.5 x 12.75 inches. Index. Condition: Good+ clothbound hardcover with light bumping to the tips, a touch of rubbing to the spine ends, light staining/soiling along the bottom edges of the covers, and a slight odor in a Good dust jacket with a couple of repaired tear/creases, a couple of small tears/chips, and light rubbing/curling to the edges; the interior is clean and bright. All dust jackets are protected by a clear mylar cover. Ships the next business day, wrapped in padding, in a box.
