This 1963 assumed first edition, with illustrations, has been adapted from the French by Peggy Benton. Its 208 pages are tight, bright, and clean and have great French recipes. The red cloth cover book has a bit of bumping at the bottom of the spine, but is otherwise very good. The dust jacket is good plus.
