Old calf fore-corners rounded, new endpapers, oval "The North Devon Athenaeum Barnstaple" on the first front blank otherwise a VG+ tight and clean copy complete with the errata leaf. No other library mark and note this copy lacks the small folded map which is provided in facsimile. Printed and sold by William Slater and William Allen of Dublin and the Dublin printing is less common than the London one. First edition. Note this book is in effect an index to the separate large Map of Ireland by Beaufort not included here. The subscriber's list is mainly Irish purchasers. Seller Inventory # 1480
