7 x 11", four unbound leaves. Linotype in black on cream card stock. This copy missing the clear laminated plastic sleeve, as usual. Fine. This last book from the press is a spoof on fine printing. The title refers to the first English language cookbook and acts as a menu for fine printing. Offering different breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus with options such as Kerned Beef Nash, Bold Face Potatoes, Frozen Uncials, and Printer s Thumb Pate. One of the great satirical works of the press. To drink: Zapfindel. Johnston pp. 155-56. Fine.
