He holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in computer engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Sandeep Shukla is an associate professor at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science from the State University of New York at Albany.
