Printed heavy variously colored paper wrappers, stapled. With the initial subscription card laid-in, and in the same format the INDEX to Volumes I and II compiled by Robert Massman in 1963. All fine.

Sole prop. of Richard Cady Rare Books in NY, Chicago, and for the last 25 years in Prescott, Arizona. My reference library consists of some 1500 volumes, my stock is about the same size.
