The book was left unpublished until after the author's death at his own wish, due to the people mentioned in the writings. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally sound with minor shelf wear and a minor fading to the spine, only a minor damp marking to the lower right corner of the front board. The dust wrapper is unclipped, with minor shelf wear and a touch of sunning to the spine, light soiling to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound.
