iv, 14, 386 p. Includes: illustrations, diagrams. The Panel Chairman was John Johnson, the Navy Representative was Thomas J. Shopple; the Air Force Representative was LTC Glenn A. Warner; and Richard Fulton was the Executive Secretary. This was prepared by the Night VIsion and Electro-Optics Laboratories of the US Army Electronics Command. The meeting was held at the US Army Missile R&D Command. This material was prepared for the Joint Deputies for Laboratories Committee of the US Department of Defense. Good. No dust jacket. Appears to be material produced using xerography. Cover has some wear and soiling.
