True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (7s 6d). Illustrated. Jacket has faults - namely edge/shelf wear, numerous tears, patchy loss (mainly to head/tail of spine and to corners), creasing/rubbing to edges, patchy browning (including to spine), numerous marks, pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, pushing/bumping to corners, mild foxing, rubbing to top (picture) surface, browning/few marks/minor foxing to reverse (white side), browning/creasing/rubbing/few marks to front/back inner flaps and is in only fair condition. Boards are very good (having been well protected by the jacket) with minor pushing/bumping to corners, the odd small mark, odd minor bump/rub to edges and minor pushing/rubbing/bumping to head/tail of spine. Minor spine lean. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Previous owner's name and date in pen to front blank page. Pages bit tanned. Odd small marks/spots of foxing to page edges, tops and bottoms. Occasional small marks/scattered foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
