First edition (first printing) sheets in a remainder binding of pink cloth printed in black (also seen in red and green). In the later issue jacket with a 3/6 price on the spine (the book was originally issued at 6s; John Lane had a regular practice of binding up unsold copies at a lower price). Cloth fading at spine, as usual; cream jacket, with a design by Gepeto, only a bit grubby and lightly chipped along the edges. Seller Inventory # 150797
