Pagination: 262p. Publishers blue cloth gilt title to cover and spine. Minor shelf wear some rubbing. No jacket. Overall a very good copy of a scarce early work on photography. Priced to go. Illustrations: Fully illustrated with photographs of early photography techniques. William Mortensen (1897-1965) American glamour photographer. Best known for trick photography and his inventive process. Mostly of Hollywood portraits, horror, and the morbid. His favorite photographic topics were of witches, dancers, demons, and actors.
