12 color plates; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 12 pages; 1973 Art Made Famous, Ltd. Santa Barbara, CA. Quarto sized portfolio of 12 color offset printed plates from paintings by Freeman. His whimsical satirical take on 12 modern masters presented as a sort of guessing game with artists unnamed on the image but titled with a wink and a nod by Freeman. : "Guessed Artists" include Monet, Manet, Modigliani, Matisse, Degas, Seurat, Miro, Turner, Chagall, Lautrec, Van Gogh and Rousseau. A cover leaf title lettered and with contents printed on two sides fronts the collection of 12 prints. Possibly issued in conjunction with an exhibition. Bright, fresh and neat.
