First edition, Nd. c. 1908. Two Volume Set. Complete with the eleven coloured composite models all with numerous movable parts. Large number of other illustrations throughout. Some light foxing, mostly to page edges. The publishers green gilt and black decorated cloth has some light scuffing to volume two and some very light rubbing to the corners. Generally a really clean bright set with the models in good condition. Volume one has 202 pages and volume two has 203 pages. This set is also important as it has the iconic covers designed by Talwin Morris, Glasgow School of Arts. As near to fine set as it is possible to find as the set is heavy and generally gets damaged.
