Undated c.1880, Title page continues: " Including Practical Treatises on Cattle, Their Management in Dairy and Stall, by John Walker. Pasture Grasses and Forage Plants, by Samuel R. Preston. The Practice of Sheep Farming, by Charles Scott and The Diseases of Cattle, Sheep and Pigs by J. L. Lupton M.R.C.V.S. L. 538pp, 96pp, + index. Illustrated throughout with full page colour lithographs and black and white engravings. Bookj in fair condition; binding tight but gutters split; ; signs of ld damping and sme finger marks at edges. Most plates at least good. Half leather binding a bit tired with flecks of paint abot spine. See scans.

I have a varied stock with a particular emphasis in Scottish History and topography, mountaineering, geology, natural history and ephemera. Unusual items and small rarities are a speciality!
