A slim oblong small folio printed paper covered model steam locomotive with 103 named parts and 7 fold-out overlays showing the inner workings of the engine and all its component parts. The model is Very Good and NO missing pieces. the covers of soft card have two small tears at base and a slight scrunched look, caught at some time, key page inside front cover also a little damaged, but not affecting the text. Still very good. the colours are full litho and would date this pre-1st war, circa 1905-10. Slim oblong folio. Scarce. Seller Inventory # 2731

We are a small, single-owner business. We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
