Bound in contemporary 3/4 blue morocco over marbled boards. Gilt paneled spine. Top edge gilt. Marbled end sheets. Good binding and cover, with minor shelf wear/rubbing to morocco. Clean, unmarked pages. 548 pages illustrations, 22 cm. Contemporary engraved bookplate of Thomas W. Lawson (1857 - 1925). Lawson was a somewhat infamous stock speculator, businessman and author of "Frenzied Finance.".
