CWO unless known to us. 10% discount to the trade. Postage is
additional. In the US we ship UPS @ $5.00 for the first book and
$1.00 for each additional volume. For foreign shipments please
inquire. We accept Master & Visa cards for amounts over $100.00.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
