Slightly horizontally oblong soft cover octavo in very good condition with slight edge wear, a couple of cover scratches on the front and some small dark steaks on the back. Printed entirely in brown color, on tan paper and illustrated with many small drawings and photographs. A vegetarian cookbook, although it does include a few fish recipes, featuring recipes from the Catholic monastery called Our Lady of the Resurrection Priory in Cold Spring, New York. The author was inspired by the food that was cooked and served, with care and joy, while at a retreat there. 127 pp.
