The Monograph consists of xvi+330 pages and 33 plates published in 5 parts between 1849 and 1877. It is ex-Chelsea Public Library(Reference) with their bookplate on front pastedown, and small circular stamp on verso of title page and at end of text. All plates have a blind stamp ( more accurately embossed) half way down their outer margin. This may affect the figures on the plates, but do not distort the images unless viewed very obliquely.
