About the Author
Sandy Fritz, MS, LMT is the Owner, Director, and Head Educator of the Health Enrichment Center, Inc., School of Therapeutic Massage. Sandy is a nationally certified massage therapist. She earned her master’s degree from Thomas Edison State College in 2000 and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Central Michigan University in 1998. She is affiliated with the American Massage Therapy Association, American Massage. Professionals Association, and Advisory Board for International Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies. She has also been in private practice for almost 30 years, has developed a student massage clinic with the Detroit Lions of the National Football League, and also provides professional sports massage and rehabilitation.
