The seller is not required to accept a return for this reason and may choose to cancel the return request. The return is considered to be accepted unless cancelled by the seller within two business days. Items lost are refunded (30 days is the limit, though delays in shipments can be longer). Damaged items: Full or partial refunds are granted depending on the status of the item received. The buyer is refunded the item price, original shipping, plus return shipping equal to the original shipping. Refunds, or returns, are granted for items ?not as described?. There is a possibility of mutual disagreement, if the dealer disagrees then the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is not as described and both the buyer and the seller agree, then the buyer is refunded the item price, original shipping, plus return shipping equal to the original shipping. If for any reason the wrong item is delivered, the buyer is refunded the item price, original shipping, plus return shipping equal to the original shipping. If the dealer accepts an order but cannot supply the item then the order is fully refunded. If the buyer cancels the order prior to being shipped, then the buyer is refunded the item price plus original shipping. Partial refunds are sometimes granted for reasons involving condition, or corrections; typical are partial shipping refunds. All returns, regardless of payment method, are subject to the return policies of ABE Books. All return disputes are to be handled between the seller and buyer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipments may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("import fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.
