About the Author
JIMMY CALANO founded the international training company CareerTrack in 1982. Just 10 years later, it had become one of the world's largest purveyors of personal and professional development videotapes, audiotapes, and seminar-style training programs. The organization had grown to 700 employees and $82 million in revenue, and was conducting business in 24 countries. After presiding over CareerTrack for 13 years, Calano sold the company to a multinational corporation. He is coauthor of Real World 101 and CareerTracking, and lives in Boulder, Colorado.
